Any person, who in any way uses www.adksolid.com website – hereinafter referred to as the User confirms that has read and agrees to be bound by the rules of using the Website, which are specified in these Terms of Use.

§ 1 Website Terms of Use

Using of the www.adksolid.com website is voluntary and possible both with and without registration and account creation on the site, provided, that downloading and opening some specific files is possible only after logging into the site (after the registration process). § 4 Cookies Policy

1. 4. The law applicable to these terms and conditions is the Polish law.
5. Any disputes related to the implementation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the competent courts.
