Any person, who in any way uses www.adksolid.com website – hereinafter referred to as the User confirms that has read and agrees to be bound by the rules of using the Website, which are specified in these Terms of Use.

Using of the www.adksolid.com website is voluntary and possible both with and without registration and account creation on the site, provided, that downloading and opening some specific files is possible only after logging into the site (after the registration process). The Administrator reserves the right to make the assignment in whole or in part any of their rights and obligations related to the conduct and management of the Website, without the Users’ and third parties’ consent, and without the possibility of expressing any objections to these entities/people.
  3. Due to the technical constraints, ADKSolid cannot guarantee that information transmitted through the Internet will reach the User without any errors, complete and full. ADKSolid cannot also ensure that browsing the site will run without interruption and technical flaws.
  4. The law applicable to these terms and conditions is the Polish law.
  5. Any disputes related to the implementation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the competent courts.
